Refund Policy

Our Refund Philosophy

At BDUSP Host, we believe refunds should be fair — not a policy designed to avoid paying you back. We refund based on how much of the service you've actually used. We process refunds every day of the year, without exception.

Refund Tiers

Within 3 Days 100% Full Refund

No questions asked. Full amount refunded to your BDUSP wallet.

Within 15 Days ~50% Partial Refund

Approximately half of the remaining service value is refunded.

After 15 Days Prorated Refund

Refund is calculated based on the unused portion of your service period. You only pay for what you used.

Example Calculation

Scenario: You purchase a 1-month hosting plan for ৳299 and request a refund on day 20.

Total plan duration 30 days

Days used 20 days

Days remaining 10 days

Daily rate ৳299 ÷ 30 = ৳9.97

Estimated refund ≈ ৳99.70

Exact refund amounts are calculated by our admin and may vary slightly. Refunds are credited to your BDUSP wallet.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations (once registered, domains cannot be refunded)

Voluntarily added wallet balance not tied to a specific service order

Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Expired services that were not renewed within the grace period

How to Request a Refund

Provide your BDUSP username and the order/service details.

State your reason for the refund request.

Our admin will review and process the refund to your wallet — usually within 24 hours.
